All NLP Training Providers, registered with the Guild, field qualified NLP Trainers who have taken at least 360 hours of training with recognised providers, have undergone rigorous assessment, will have been providing NLP training for a number of years or else have been involved in a sponsorship programme. In addition, they will have been trained by trainers of many years standing.
We hold the reputation of NLP very highly. We know that people can learn through reading and videos, but for skill development – and NLP is fundamentally a set of skills – nothing can replace the extensive and thorough direct experience our members provide.
All our Providers offer NLP Practitioner Certification of a minimum of 120 contact hours, over 18-20 days. In addition some offer catch-up courses for those who initially did a short ‘Practitioner’ training, and who now want to take their learning to a different level.
Codes of Practice
Individual Members are people who have been trained by an Organisational Member to Practitioner or Master Practitioner status. Individual Members sign up to a Practitioner Code of Practice.
In the unlikely event that a complaint is made this must be made in writing to the Guild. The Guild will then approach the member with a copy of the complaint and seek to achieve an acceptable outcome for both parties. Should this not be possible then a small number of Organisational Members will be asked to review the situation and propose a solution.
